Acrobat Reader Download Page

The following are some tips regarding opening the PDF document which was sent to you by e-mail.

Make certain that your e-mail program is set to decode in Bin-Hex format in the preferences.

Make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't have it, click on the Get Acrobat Reader download link above.

If you have Acrobat Reader and are still having trouble opening the file, try opening the application Acrobat Reader first and then opening the PDF file from the "File" - "Open" Menu.

You can also try opening the sample PDF file which can be downloaded from the "Our Service" page.

If the above all fail, but you CAN open the sample PDF file, send e-mail to mark@swcnews.com and request another copy of the document be sent, just to be certain the original was not corrupted.

If this fails, or you have questions about your computer, etc. you may wish to call our technical service providers, Technology Unlimited, at (405) 773-6037. For a small fee they can perform onsite or carry-in diagnostics and assist in problem resolution. They also offer computers, networking and many other technical products and services. We recommend them as a good source for all your technology needs.

In any case, please let us know if you continue to have problems with your e-mail service. Our goal is total customer satisfaction and we will make every effort to assist you in receiving your reports.
